Who is Concierge for?

Concierge is for people who want a more guided approach to treating hair loss, whether you're choosing your first treatments or have been following a regimen for years.

It may be especially helpful if you're unsure which products to use, want more structured monitoring, have struggled with tolerability or consistency, or want expert input when it's time to consider adjustments.

Can I join if I live outside the U.S.?

Ulo Concierge is currently available in the United States only. Wherever you live, you can book a private one-off consultation with Rob.

Are treatments really included in Concierge?

Yes. Your Concierge plan includes up to four eligible Ulo products per month, selected according to your individualized regimen and shipped at no additional cost.

Prescription products require a medical intake and physician approval.

How does Concierge billing work?

You can choose monthly billing or a discounted six-month plan.

Monthly plans renew each month and can be canceled before the next billing date. Six-month plans are paid upfront and renew every six months unless canceled before the next renewal.

What happens during a private call?

For a Concierge onboarding call, you'll review your hair loss history, treatment experiences, goals, and available scalp images with Rob. Monthly calls focus on progress, tolerability, and next steps.

For the separate, one-time 30-minute consultation, the agenda is yours: a regimen review, a second opinion, or a specific treatment question. You don't need an ongoing subscription. Book a one-off call here.
